Các quốc gia và nhà lập pháp EU đã đồng ý về một bộ quy tắc dự thảo vào tháng 12/2023, được coi là luật toàn diện đầu tiên trên thế giới để quản lý AI và việc phê duyệt này lẽ ra chỉ mang tính hình thức.
