Ngày 3/2, 27 quốc gia thành viên của Liên minh châu Âu (EU) đã phê duyệt các quy tắc mang tính bước ngoặt về thỏa thuận quản lý trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI).

Các quốc gia và nhà lập pháp EU đã đồng ý về một bộ quy tắc dự thảo vào tháng 12/2023, được coi là luật toàn diện đầu tiên trên thế giới để quản lý AI và việc phê duyệt này lẽ ra chỉ mang tính hình thức.
