Je pense qu'elle n'était pas mûre .L'interieur est noir comme du caviar. D'après votre description, si l'intérieur de la truffe est noir comme du caviar : ce n'est pasTuber uncinatum. T. melanosporum (la truffe noire) est noir à l'intérieur avec des veines blanches très fines. Habitant le Loir et Cher, j'ai trouvé une truffe blanche à l'intérieur. La truffe blanche d'Alba est consommée crue ou très légèrement chauffée pour préserver son arôme délicat.
