CEO Center for Indonesia’s Strategic Development Initiatives (CISDI) Diah Satyani Saminarsih menyatakan jika cukai rokok keluaran macau tidak naik, maka hal termasuk berlainan dengan upaya untuk mengeradikasi Tuberkulosis (TBC) pada 2030, karena salah satu penyebab TBC merupakan rokok.
Dalam konferensi pers daring di Jakarta, Kamis, Diah mengucapkan terselip janji di tingkat nasional tersangkut target capaian Kesehatan contohnya seperti Petunjuk Sang pemimpin Nomor 28 Tahun 2024 tentang Nasihat Pembuatan Undang-undang dasar Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesegaran serta Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Nasional (RPJPN).
Belas kasih pada sebagai cukai ini tidak naik, risikonya nggak sinkron jarak aturan regulasi yang pecah dibuat dengan implementasi kebijakannya. Itu bakal menyisakan gap yang sangat besar," ucapnya.
